I am not entirely sure...but I think its one bald man afraid of another...or in fandom terms.
Jean Luc Picard is the source of the song Saul hears at the end of Season 3 before he finds out he's a Cylon and is very disturbed.

probably but really bowls down to the fact that Saul thought the music he was hearing was "In the frakkin ship!" so I think they're playing off that idea.

yea...good point...still...I find it amusing that Picard is singing a sold and Tigh is like "WHAT? It's in the frakkin ship!"
I can't believe EJO was offered the role of Jean Luc Picard? I think Adama owns Picard. Adama has more substance!
