I've been doing some phone modding of my own, and no jailbreaking/rooting, either. Just seems like too much work.

No, I like the iphone interface.. I just wanted more fun icons and battery colors and stuff. You can totally change the look of it, which I've done and didn't like at all because their interface is very comfortable and convenient for me!
