Hey.. Sorry about your dog.
But don't think as in she's gone for you.
You can always think of her as she's watching over you from heaven.
Having no longer the need to suffer in pain and be in agony.
She's free now and probably being as cheerful as she always is.
It is hard loosing a pet that you love so much.
But I understand, been through it before (happened a few months back).
So be strong, I bet Pixie won't want you to feel too sad for her.

Hi demonstar,
Thank you so much for your kind words. The thought that she is free from the pain and suffering she went through the past 3 years is what assures us that we made a right decision. It's still lonely, but she'll always be alive in our memories.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. Was it a dog too? This poem about the rainbow bridge, I don't know if you've seen it, but it's a really nice touching one. http://indigo.org/rainbow/

Thanks again ;)
