And here's my result:
Made with PS7

so here's our base. Don't dublicate & screen unless it's a very dark image.
Add a new solid color layer #fef3f4
and set it to overlay at 10%
2. Add another solid color layer #eef7fc
and set it to overlay at 10%
3. Then make a Hue/sat layer with following settings:
Master: SAT: +20
Reds: SAT: +35
Yellows: SAT: -40
Greens: SAT: +50
Cyans: SAT: +50
4. Then back to solid color layers. Add a new one #090f2b
and set it to difference at 44%
5. And another solid color layer #b7eefa
and set it to overlay at 60%
6. Now it's the time for selective coloring!
REDS: -100, 0, 0, 11
GREENS: 100, -100, 100, -76
CYANS: 0, 2, -1, -2
7. And another selective coloring layer:
REDS: -17, 0, 0, 0
YELLOWS: -2, 0, 100, 0
