Massage issues. I have decided to give up my studio in Fremont / Ballard, for the time  being. Being unable to work there, and the fact that the landlord is pretty totally unresponsive to issues (my heater had not worked, at all, since December; there are noise issues, from places downstairs, smell issues, etc), it all seems like a good idea.
