Hong Kong was niiice.I managed to get quite a few things done. Got my dad a laptop and access to the Internet so he can talk to me online rather than on the phone. Convenient, no? ... When he figures out how to turn the laptop on.

I did get some really good deals over there! Unfortunately I don't shop much, so I didn't understand that if I bought a few more packs, I'd actually be saving loads >___> so I just bought one! I got scolded by my grandma ;;

Yeah, okey some people chew on their own pens, fine. But a store pen? Unhygienic and plain gross.

Oh man! I hate it when the stores have things like markers and whatnot unpackaged. I mean, having a few samples is alright, but it is such a waste!

And Emily really sounds like a beautiful girl. Her personality is really warm... I love people like that. Also your new tablet from your grandfather - that is amazing! It seems this year a lot of people's families are changing their minds about their art, and that really makes me happy to hear. :)

Aye, I suppose my grandad's views on art has gotten more positive. Though he's told me that I've wasted too much time and money on drawing so if I don't put it to good use and become a "successful artist" in the next few years and earn money, he'll get angry. Why must he be so stressy! I'm still ever so grateful he was willing to buy me such a gorgeous gift though (; I'm treasuring it forever.

Chewing... Luckily it doesn't go that far here, even though all pencils and so on are not packed. Buying them in packs are cheaper anyway :'D

And do your dad not speak Cantonese? Or does he speak Mandarin or English when with you? Would've thought that you practised with him, but that might be just silly me~

And start to use that baby! That's what it's for (and to let us watch you while you draw, mmmm <3)

As for christmas, I got my new lappie, if I failed to mention that, as well as a bunch of clothes (Clothes picked out by my sis = love) and some jewellery.

As for new year resolutions, I think I shall NOT gain weight (hard to say if I manage to lose any), improve my grades (my average is exactly at 5 now, and I need it to be slightly over that in order to get in D: ) and draw more :'D Do think you can help with the last one <3

Packaging as in fo each pen would do as long as they wouldn't get damaged ;o; but no! all 20+ pens were unpackaged and 1/3 were chewed.

My dad does speak Cantonese, but alas! I'm still a kid so I'm heavily affected by my general surroundings. I've picked up a strong (and apparently posh) accent since staying in England! He tends to speak Cantonese with me, but we sometimes use English when I don't know a word;;

<3 Merp! Now with that new laptop (Gah, met so many problems with it) I can run Livestream smoothly, me thinks! <3 So yes, hopefully this year will be a year of improvement!

Got confidence you'll get those grades? o3o When I hear about you talking about your grades, you sound like you aim to ace things 'u' So pretty sure you will!

And I do try to ace things :'D But the religion piece I work on now (Deadline was last night, oooops) I only aim for a 5 though, because for some fucked up reason, I only get a 5 at the tests, so hard for me to ace Religion D: But for my norwegian shit that's due thursday evening, I need to ace :'D Need to maintain my 6 damnit! And economics presentation tomorrow, which I need to ace, but doubt I'll manage it, in addition that I need to read loads of pages for history.. Oh, sweet school-related depression...

Hmm, both my parents are Chinese, but I was born in England. I flew back and forth between the UK and HK a lot and stayed in Hong Kong for half of my life's education, so I'm pretty much bilingual. :D
