Magnus,
I'd apologise for the late report but I have the feeling you're still awake. I talked to Raya. She's under a little extra stress on top of the ongoing fallout from the Cabal and she knows our concerns now. I think she was too caught up in her own head to be more than innocently unaware of the potential danger going out posed. She understands the restriction on leaving and she'll talk to me before she does again.
The second fire of the evening involved Owen and Dana. I still haven't found the right dosage of mood stabilsers for him and unfortunately he's not the type to wait patiently for iT to work.
During an argument, he threatened her with a knife and she returned the sentiment with tranqs. (I believe Owen was unaware they were tranqs).
She's apologised and I promised to ask if you'd like her to surrender her sidearm.
I've cleared my schedule to talk to Owen tomorrow. I may need to use stronger methods than I initially wanted to. I'm requesting he be restricted to the grounds until I decide how serious his threat was at the time. I doubt he meant her actual harm, but I am concerned about his impulse control. I will tell him to avoid common areas.
