Today I found that my boyfriend of nearly four (!) years, who I live with and who I see every day, is allergic to tarantulas.

CLARIFICATION: This is newsworthy because he's known this entire time, but somehow never mentioned it before. How do you not just talk about that constantly? I would.

Ok, so I wasn't very specific--he got a rash when he picked one up in, like, second grade. Not as exciting as I made it sound.

Apparently he found this out by picking up his pet tarantula in like second grade. He's allergic to the fur, not the bites, though.

Hahahahaha, no. This post was meant more in a, "He's had the awesomest allergy ever all this time and never told me?" way than a,"So, guys, Henry got attacked by a giant spider and..." sort of way.
