There's something about rain in LA that turns people in batshit insane drivers, but you know that better than I do. Maybe it has something to do with the extra humidity in the air leading to osmotic water poisoning, except with the added bonus of the kind of stuff that stirs around in the permanent greenish soup covering the area. Like mercury or something, except it leaves when the rain dries up. Sometimes.
