Hello there, I'm Casey (though I just go by KC...weird nickname)!
People don't even bother calling me most of the time, since I ignore 97% of all calls. Sometimes (all the time?), I just don't feel like talking to people. So I hear ya on the whole phone thing.
I'm totally a dork as well, and way bad with the TMI.
I agree that Supernatural is written very well. It's quirky and comedic, but is also very dark. And the dynamic between Dean and Sam is really very well developed. A lot of shows do the brother thing wrong. SPN and Prison Break do it very well.
Yep. Well, the brothers on PB are even more emo than Sam and Dean, if you can imagine that. :D
But they still have that brotherly dynamic that I love about them. In the flashback episodes, you can really see why they love each other. Sam and Dean can't do the flashback thing, because they've hunted pretty much their whole lives. But you can really see their relationship in episodes like the season 2 premiere and Born Under a Bad Sign, where they know what it's like to lose one another.
Okay, I think I just COMPLETELY over-analyzed the brother situation. XD
Even MORE emo than Sam and Dean? How is that even possible!?
Since Supernatural, I've discovered a brother kink that I never knew I had before. In the brotherly-love kind of way, that is. I think I'm just drawn to family relationships and dynamics in general. Prison Break has always sounded interesting to me, though I've never had a chance to watch it (my tv watching was seriously limited last semester). Perhaps I'll give it a go this season =)
I completely understand your strange (completely rational) desire to rearrange furniture at ungodly hours of the night. I used to do this constantly and I was so horribly OCD about it that I had to run out and buy 'sliders' for my living room pieces (in the middle of the night, of course - Walmart for the win!) as my downstairs neighbors were starting to catch on and drop subtle, polite-yet-peeved hints whenever I fetched the mail in the afternoon.
As for the TMI? It's healthy if you ask me. I personally take heart in going out of my way to scandalize my friends with over shares. It keeps things lively and balanced as far as I'm concerned. Censorship be damned!
Anyway, name is Lauren (or Ren if we want to be trendy) - lovely to make a friend of you! I'm always on the look out to expand my anti-social flist with the equally obsessed population of Supernatural (*cough* and Dark Angel! Rep. the Alec love) fandom. I'm sure I'll be harassing your entries later with colorful comments.
I made it easy on myself and bought extra packs of sliders to keep around so I wouldn't have to venture out into the middle of the night in search of some. I'm not sure if that helped with the craziness or encouraged it =P

I have some people who have just completely given up on me answering the phone.

I've never watched Prison Break before, I didn't know there were brothers on there. I am intrigued!
