But then I went to go see MEGAMAX. Unfortunately I was too late to get tickets to the screening where Shu/Ryon/Riho would be [CRY], but I did get tickets to see Fukushi Sota/Shimizu Fumika/Takahashi Ryuuki! They did a stage greeting before the movie started. ♥
TEAM FOURZE
I was sitting like WAYYYYYY to the side of the theater kind of in the middle-back, and there was a camera behind me (I thought it was going to show the cast on the screen, but it didn't. Possible DVD extra and/or news broadcast material?), so none of the three really looked my way... ;u; muhuhu that's okay though.
THEY'RE ALL SO CUTE YOU GUYS
FUKUSHI ESPECIALLY not that I'm biased or anything.
The greeting was pretty short; about ten or fifteen minutes in total (as opposed to Messiah's, which felt a lot longer though I didn't really check how long it was). The three of them came on stage in their movie uniforms AKA their school uniforms, but Fukushi had a red shirt like he wears in the movie.
They first introduced themselves and gave short greetings to the audience; Fukushi forgot what he was saying the middle of a sentence and kind of ".....eh?!"'d at himself BUT IT WAS SO CUTE HE'S SO CUTE YOU GUYS.
The audience all "ganbareeee~"'d at him and he managed to finish whatever he was saying (about enjoying the movie etc etc); they're so awkward and cute man :<
Ryuki is definitely more accustomed to doing stage greetings than Fukushi; I have no idea how much experience Fumika has with this kind of stuff but THIS IS HER ELEMENT and she seemed very natural.
She is also basically Yuuki without the space obsession. SO CUTE ARGH
I didn't take notes so I don't remember a lot of what they talked about... little kids kept piping up while they were talking though so they'd always stop and be like "huh?! 8D" BUT IT WAS REALLY CUTE MAN
There was one point where Fukushi noticed at dude toward the back who was cosplaying as Gentaro - Regent hair and everything! He got to stand up and we were all like "OOOHHH 8D" and a girl he came with also got up; she was cosplaying JK though. Then they did a quick survey of people who had Fourze gear; a lot of kids raised Switches and some had these adorable Fourze hoodies on. I saw a kid in the lobby earlier wearing Go-OnBlue/Renn's jacket, and another one later with an OOO hoodie.
I want an OOO hoodie. :( Do they make them in Older Geek size.
At one point they were talking about Gentaro's hair. Ryuki was like "I hate to bring it up BUT YOUR HAIR." Fukushi explained that it takes him at least 20 minutes to do it every morning and that he really does do it like in the opening, slicking his hair back like that. Ryuki mentioned that he liked that part of the opening. I LIKE THAT PART OF THE OPENING TOO but because Gentaro's hair is normal then :|
Fukushi got to end the stage greeting with a few words, and then he made everyone UCHU KITAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA with him, which was AWESOME.
As they were leaving he did a little hop thing down the stairs, very Gentaro-like.
They're all so cute man D: SO CUTE.
The only sad thing was that I was way too the side and that my section was really quiet 8D;;;;; So I didn't UCHU KITAAAAAA very loud or be obnoxious as I probably would have been if I was sitting next to a group of squealy girls or something. I was sitting next to a family who only seemed to be there because the son wanted to watch. :( THEY DID NOT SEEM INTO IT; I WAS SAD.
But yeah the stage greeting was cute and fun, even though I was disappointed that I couldn't get tickets to see Team OOO. MY LOVES, SOB

FOURZE CHAPTER SPOILER: Gentaro takes her to the moon and while they're traipsing about outside, they look at each other and Gentaro leans down as if to kiss her - but their helmets get in the way.

Look Eiji I'm sorry; bonding over PASSIONATE HEARTS is just a lot easier than bonding over underwear. Bonding over underwear is weird.
The nice thing about this was that it still does not make Movie Core canon :'D Ahhhhh so nice. I'm glad OOO met W in A to Z.
So after they meet up and are cute together the rest of the movie turns into a GIGANTIC FUCKFEST OF AWESOME

Look Super Tatoba is really ugly okay. It's like they suddenly realized that OOO had a distinct lack of ugly Riders so they made Super Tatoba to make up for it. It's on par with Decade and Diend Complete for me. IT'S UGLY. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO SUCH A CUTE RIDER
Super Rocket is meh; I guess I just don't like orange and white together unless it's in a creamsicle? /ankh
Oh but yeah -- the Switch said Super Rocket, not Double Rocket. Just clearing that up.
Super Tatoba's combo theme is also pretty normal; I mean it's just like Tatoba's, except:

KAMEN RIDER METEOR SPOILERS: when he fights he screams like Bruce Lee. I LOVE HIM ALREADY/SO MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO HATE HIM
His switch thingy is on his arm as opposed to his belt, has a cooler driver noise than Fourze's imo, and looks like a jukebox I kid you not. There were only three switches from what I could tell (and they're different from Fourze's Switches); instead of changing his limbs or whatever, they give him the power of the planets.
AKA he beat up some dudes with Saturn. The planet Saturn.
Yoshizawa Ryo aka Ryuusei or whatever his name is also suddenly sprouted Tom hair; his uniform is the same color as Nadeshiko's and it's more like your average Japanese school boy's uniform than the Western-influenced ones at Amanogawa.
I'm so looking forward to him in the series. He seems antagonistic and he probably will be at first, like all second Riders are, but you know, it'll be cute when they're friends because he's an alien and all. Also I think Meteor is really pretty. A lot nicer to look at than Fourze.
PLUS DRIVER VOICES ♥
In short: it was good. I want to see it again.
I might have to go see it again before I can do a full write-up about it, though; there was just so much in it that it's hard to remember it all. I'm also really looking forward to the DC cut already, hurrrr.
I somehow picked up the movie pamphlet with a DVD (I didn't mean to get it but then...), so maybe I'll try ripping the DVD later or scanning the pamphlet unless other people do it first.
