Suddenly, it makes me think that I've never seen any OTL (output transformer less) guitar amp. That could be an interesting project for me next winter.. ;)

I may have to consult with you on the Hi-FI equipment. As I get closer to remodeling my entertainment room upstairs and adding on some 300 Sq ft' of space. I am looking to integrate a very high quality sound system; even the room will be sound damped once done.
As for the motorcycle, California weather allows for nearly year round riding, however my current project has me an eight hour drive from home, and bringing too much equipment to ever carry on my bike. But there are the weekends.

I mught be going on the west coast around new years 2010 if I find a decent flight price. I won't be able to make it to FC but I need my dose of sun in the winter and I'm not the type to enjoy the beach. I'll let you know if I get close to Modesto.
Oh, and I'll be glad to share my opinion on hi-fi equipment if one day you need it.
