The good news is I've managed to get a job!  I'll be starting on November 2nd as a Kelly Services temp working for HealthNet Federal Services here in Sacramento.  It's a government contract job that is scheduled to last through the end of March 2010, but may be longer if their contract gets renewed

Wow. All that work on the garage is so.....butch! I'd end up hiring somebody to do it.

When you all get a vacation, c'mon down and clean out my garage! I know I have a box of DVD's out there somewhere that we haven't opened since we moved here in 2004!

I'm so proud of you; getting a job so quickly in this market. I knew you could do it. And it sounds like a great "ground floor" opportunity. Congratulations!

Y'now, when I interviewed at HealthNet, I didn't see very many cute guys, but it's a HUGE office, so I'm sure there'll be somebody to drool on/over! ;)
