Why do people go to work when they're sick/contagious? Don't they know it only makes others sick? Stupid shop manager was sick pretty much all last week, but did he stay home? Nope. Was sniffling and sneezing all week at work. And now I have what he had. At least I'm doing the intelligent (and lazy) thing by staying home so I don't get anyone else ( Read more... )

Expecting you to clean up is no fun, that's for sure. Asking nicely for help isn't so bad. That's the difference though. :)

Because they are FAR too important and the world might stop turning if they stayed home for a day. ::rolls eyes:: Yeah, it's a pet peeve of mine too.

I think that can be the mindset sometimes. It's just not nice to get others sick.
