It's been kind of shitty lately. Working too much (both too many hours and being kind of overwhelmed there), I've been sick, Patches (my cat) has a urinary tract infection (or possibly a kidney problem [but she seems to be responding to the antibiotics, so hopefully just a UTI

jeez-I hope he gets the passport stuff worked out. It's a shame that they changed the Canadian travel requirements around after 9/11 because travel to Canada should be like traveling from state to state.
