Dear sir,

You don't like it? I thought the idea had a certain charm :¬/ I was just curious what you would say to yur future self, aside from "Could you please note down any lottery results you might remember?" Obviously, this particular letter isn't a great example of that... not really appropriate.

What does it dooooo, Basil?

That manages all the appearance of a deeply profound piece of writing but I'm completely confused by it.

It reminds me of Lovecraft (but better written)

I think I like the last paragraph best. The imagery is particularly evocative.
