FUCK...JUST, FUCK!!!! football is a pain in the ass in the off season (especially in the summer) when all u can really do is run (gassers, 110's...FUCK!) and lift. the lidting isn't that bad, i love the lifting in fact...it's just that the running sucks! i understand
