The earlier part of yesterday was fun. Alia, Chels and I went to citrus club and the beach. It was so beautiful and warm that we ended up stripping down to our underwear and swimming in the ocean. I have vowed never to shop at forever 21 again..or h&m.

I was standing in line at h&m yesterday with a shirt only to look down and see loose threads dangling everywhere. Why should i buy something that's mass produced AND already falling apart?
Not only that, but my forever 21 clothes look awful after being cleaned a few times.

Last night we went to the canvas and they were doing a presentation on alternative energy sources. Ask a scientist. It was interesting.. even though the "scientist" would dodge the questions that she didn't know the answers to. I also really HATE how environmentalists and most scientists/mathematicians dress. Nick loved Japan so much he's been tossing around the idea of going there for a semester. They have one of the best printmaking programs in the world.

He Nickyyyy just brought me wine, chocolate and a magazine home because I've "been working so hard."

I love hanging out with Lani. She is a wonderful, wonderful person. We went out to sushi, and then to coffee, then walked around the mission. I was afraid she wasn't going to want to talk about what is going on, but she did and it was fine.
