If the "business matter" people call again, remind them that you didn't tell their dwarf crony anything in person, so why would you tell them anything over the phone?

I have a blackberry but it's not for work. I just like to pay money to obsessively check my email while waiting in lines or for movies to start.
So yeah, I can't really recommend it either. :p

Blackberries are nifty, but I don't see you as the type of guy wanting to sign away all of his private time for the sake of a really neat gadget.

We call 'em Crackberries. I don't know anyone here who is responsible about work-life balance once they get a crackberry.

Oh, and yeah, she's still with the guy who's cheating on her. This is the second time that she's had extremely strong suspicions that he's doing so, and the next time she's taking the kid and leaving.
Sometimes I have no idea what the fuck is up with people. Most all of the time I have no idea what the fuck is wrong with people.

Fear. Fear of being alone, fear of the unknown, fear of being a failure, fear of being rejected, fear of worse consequences.

And also..

Hope. Hope that you can change a person. Hope that you can make a better life for you and your kid. Hope that it isn't your fault. Hope that he'll wise up.

And also..

Habit. People who suffer any kind of abuse more than once tent to let it be a pattern, a cycle, of their life.
