I'm thinking of getting an Eee PC 1201n, but I can't find anyplace that's selling them locally and if I'm going to buy one the time to do so would be before Wednesday.  So my question is dose any one know of a comp shop that might have one?

When I got my eee 1005 best buy in Cambridge had the 1201 in stock.

Newegg.com is also an option. Their next day shipping is often stupid cheap and sometimes free.

Next day from newegg is $27 to Cambridge on that item. Not bad, really.

Actually, it come out cheaper to do newegg with "next day saver", since you'd avoid 6.25% sales tax.

If you don't mind me asking why did you opt for the 1005 over the 1201? I called best buy earlier and they didn't have them in stock in mass and where sold out online, if I had found the 1201 a day earlier I would have had perfect timing for the start of their sale... I found a couple of other likely suspects to call in the morning for local pick up but if they don't pan out newegg it is I suppose.
