Getting back on track

I'm determined to get back on this getting-in-shape thing. I'd been going steadily to the gym 5 days a week for about 3 months (I looked amazing- the best I ever have!) when I met Jess and got way sidetracked. I havent put a whole lot of weight back on yet, 10-15 lbs tops, but I know I've gained a couple inches because I'm up from a size 12 to a 16 ( Read more... )

Good luck with your workout/weight loss goals :) I've been regularly going to the gym since my sophmore year in college and I love it. Gives me time to think and I feel so good about myself afterwards--that sense of accomplishment that you stated.

Good luck with that!! I really want to try to lose weight too. When I'm more financially sound I am going to get some Zumba DVD's - best, easiest and most fun workout I have ever done. :)

YOu live by Hickory? Lucky, the Hockory Zumba girls are there! Wish I lived close so I could attend!

What are the Hockory Zumba girls? I've never heard of them. Are they in Hickory NC?
