DIVISION.

I had my doubts .  While TOXIC earned my respect through the VC tour / OMEGA, the album as a whole just wasn't my preferred style.  I know there are many people who absolutely adored those songs - UNTITLED and TOMORROW NEVER

Ah, I'm glad you enjoyed reading it :D

I think it was the same way for me - I had read on twitter somewhere that "Ibitsu sounds kinda like SHIVER" before I ever listened to it, so I suppose I just kept that in mind.

Kagefumi is growing on me with every listen, haha~ I was too floored by Kago no Sanagi the first time around to really appreciate it xD And by 'least favorite', I pretty much mean that in a given day, I'll listen to it 5 times instead of 10 >:3

But I do love how they change a lot all the time and still manage to stay the same. I really, really love these guys ♥

ohgod I have so many childish wishes when it comes to Gazette, but Heterodoxy totally fulfilled 99% of my Gazette needs/wishes, so I'm happy with it. : )

Totally agree! They're always reinventing themselves yet keep their core essence the same. (I think that my life/schedule practically revolving around them kind of goes to show how much I love them too, haha~)

Can't wait to hear DIVISION live! 8D

Haha! That's so odd how iPods do that.. but maybe it makes more sense for those two songs to be switched? I don't know, I feel like Hedoro is that out-of-place problem child squashed between Kago no Sanagi and Kagefumi, haha! But it's endearing in its own way~

I have to agree with you and your "unpopular" opinion because even though I tried my best not to compare DIVISION to DIM or any other previous work, if you do compare them, there's a bit of a lack in terms of intricacy. It's unfortunate that they've lost a little of that in the quest for experimenting with sound, but I'm sure their next album will begin to focus on that again - especially given how DIVISION turned out 8D

...let's just hope the next album won't be the size of my printer xD
