It takes a lot of courage to tackle a topic like this. Especially during such an uncertain time. Because of that it was almost difficult to read (I've been trying not to cry all day thinking this might be the case, his mom passing away I mean).

Your writing is good though. I like your style and descriptiveness! I hope you continue writing and posting.

Look, I don't want to scare you off here, given that it's your first fic and I hope you keep writing. But if this really is the situation, it's way too sensitive to be writing fic about :/ Not to mention way too soon, if her whole real family hasn't even heard about it yet.

Write shippy fic about something else, please?

I agree completely... When I wrote this it was one in the morning and I was freaking out over what could be wrong. I release my stress through writing, and I had been wanting to post a fanfic for months but I hadn't had any ideas. It was definitely a bad choice. Not that there's any excuse for me posting it. It was just bad judgement. Hearing the story from Huffington Post... there's no way I could keep the ending I had. I opted to make it a lot lighter, and hopefully everyone in the family will end up okay.

Very sweet and touching, but i think i'm a little confused. What happened? I mean, what was the fic about? Who died, and what was the origional ending(just curious)?

The fic was a lot clearer before I changed it but I really needed to.... Stephen's mom died in the original fic. That was when there wasn't any news released and this fic came to me so I (without thinking) wrote and posted it. It was really dumb of me, though. In the edited version the whole fic is really depressing and sounds sad but the character who died is actually just Sweetness. Not that Sweetness dying wouldn't be sad...

Lol, right after i posted the question, i did a websearch to see if anything was going on and saw that it had just been announced that the show was halting tapings for a few days because of her illness. The fic then made much more sense, but thanks for clarifying!:)
