Oita is not the greatest Japanese city. It is set on a bay on the southern island of Japan and it is not as warm as I thought it would be here. It is however, kind of a winter get away for Russians and last night my friends and I stayed out until all hours stumbling through there broken English and our nonexistant Russian.
