well you get a mirror, you take a nifty picture with flash infront of it
then use photoshop and use the neon glow while choosing your own custom colors and distort to your liking

by psp i'm gonna guess you are talkin about photoshop yes? and dont worry i dont have 7 or 8 either i have 6 but the upgraded version that just came out

DEAR LORD THAT IS AMAZING.

It's bizarre in that something with such little subject matter and a limited palette can be so urban and gritty and yet at the same time be so beautifully fanciful; there are overwhelming notions of romanticism.

I'd try experimenting with different color schemes.
Color theory, etc.
Push this image to the maximum place it can take a viewer.

And then use your discretion:
To go beyond that place?
Or to take a step or 4 back.

I like art.
And the human condition.

Le sigh; I guess I am just destined to suffer.

and thank you by the way I'm glad you like it, i'll try to see if there is anything more i can do with it b/c i like it as is and want to make it perfect so that more people can enjoy it and not just me.
