So. Much. Chevelle shit. Even though that is the severest of blasphemy calling anything Chevelle-related shit. I am definitely going to read this post thoroughly, actually listen and interpret to every single song, and post my interpretations of each song :). This album made me cry when I listened to first few songs. I am guilty of skipping Chevelle's pilot album; I started at Wonder What's Next. I can't wait :D. There isn't an adjective that fully captures what Chevelle accomplishes. I swear!

This song gave me chills. The chorus just has the perfect melody. The lyrics paint a scornful story. And once again, just like almost every other song, the guitars do a perfect job setting the atmosphere. There's just so much force behind this song. It makes my stomach feel warm ><.

I loooove that song and you have no idea how many people I've wanted to scream this at! Its like 'Yea ok I get it, stop belittling me' y'know. Sleep Apnea is probably the song by them that just gives me chills when I listen to it.
Oh! And on Hats Off To The Bull, the song Arise? When I looked at the lyrics and listened to the last part where he goes 'This ones done' I cried so much. Its just so sad, but its also just very meaningful like a lot of their songs. Or all of them really.
