Okay, I apologize for jumping quickly. This is the text I got:

Then talking, it made me sound like some sort of player. I'm allowed to have interest in multiple guys. What counts is I'm not fucking all of them at the same time, and that if I do settle with one, I'm not cheating on him either. Yeah, I've cheated in the past, but that has no correlation to now, or even to when I was with Dave. When shit is told to other people, it doesn't sound as simple as "Yeah she keeps her options open when single and stays friends with people first"... it comes out sounding "Yeah, Kelly jumps from guy to guy pretty quick since she's a tramp."

I don't go looking for people. They find me.

Yea exactly. When i said it, i meant it more as "Kelly has constant options.... because she's likable." It's not surprising that they pile up when you're single, like they're waiting on the sidelines to pounce. From the little i've witnessed, you handle yourself and them to the best of your ability without crossing lines.

I completely understand why hearing anything would spark a reaction, due to past situations you've dealt with. I'd never have a reason to talk shit about you though and i'm sorry it got translated that way.
