[By the time Allen answers this broadcast, he has already skimmed through most of the earlier feeds at a speed close to frantic, driven by the pressure to be on top of everything. Fast enough to quickly grasp the situation, but not fast enough to miss the fact that some things don't match up; say, the discrepancy between Kanda's uniform and his initial unrecognition of Lavi's voice, for example. Thankfully, he also has quite a bit of experience with alternate realities.
