I read an article on Yahoo that lists the most and least satisfying jobs. Firefighters and clergy are 87 and 80 percent satisfied with their jobs and cashiers, bartenders, and servers/waiters are 25, 26, and 27 percent satisfied with their jobs. that makes sense that firefighters like their jobs. I was one for 2 years and liked what I did, the people I worked with on the other hand was one of the reasons I left the department. From what I hear though that most departments aren't as bad as the one I was in as far as the talking behind your back.
