With the exception of three-day weekends, I haven't had a real vacation (some place away from work and home for a minimum of 5 days and possibly throwing caution to the wind) since 1999. Between the stress of my day job, not sleeping, trying to start my own business (working nights/weekends) and the normal day-to-day b.s. that needs to get done, ( Read more... )

I vote for Disneyland.

It is pouring rain here today and it is my final day to go as my annual pass expires tomorrow. I am actually contamplating going.

Walmart, eh?

I should go there wearing my bathing suit and sunglasses (smelling of beer, of course) and buy three things --

1. a kids pool (round, hard plastic, four foot diameter, one foot tall)
2. Calgon
3. small fishing boat motor

I can create a relaxing environment, in the comforts of my home or bed of a random pickup truck for under $100. You can only do that at Walmart.
