Wow, I would have been impressed if you actually typed that all up. I didn't read it but I'm very familiar with Net Neutrality, and I guess it's sort of impressive that you're reposting this just because you're the only girl I know who knows what's going on.

The bill has nothing to do with slowing down the access of the vast majority, it just allows ISPs to offer a "higher speed" service. Any provider that actively limits the connections of its customers will lose its customer base and be dead in the water. This has nothing to do with net neutrality, its just supply and demand.
