On an Awkward Exposition of Young Male Sexuality

Sat next to me on the bench at Fulham Broadway's Eastbound platform were two kids, a boy and a girl, probably around ten years old or a bit older. Aww! One can never impart those sorts of things (ie. "things not to do")...it is somehow both excruciating and endearing to hear such a conversation.

The awkward overcompensation moment...nice. He'll be replaying that conversation for some time to come, wondering when the shut-the-fuck-up-switch went missing in his brain.

"Dear brain, this is me - I mean, us talking. Next time we are in that situation, kindly WORK and do not shut down leaving our poor comrade the mouth to speak without any of your input. Your help in this matter is appreciated."

I'm sure we can all agree that "life-long insecurity and self-loathing" are the twin pillars on which our society is based.
