i watched scarface today. it took me like 6 hours because they had commercials every ten minutes, but fuck itd be so cool to have my own cocaine distribution ring and major supplier. could you imagine spending 10 million dollars in a week? thats 40 million a month. thats 480 million a year. i just dont understand why people need that much money,

There are a lot of ghetto thug types around here who wear denim jackets and jeans embossed with scenes from Scarface. I thought I should tell you that and say 'Hi'.

A lot of rap videos from the nineties and now portray artists as scarface. For instance, there is a Notorious B.I.G. video where he is in a bathtub smoking a cigar. Jay-Z also has some actual real life parallels to Tony Montana, i.e. he was just some kid on the street slinging rocks and gs until he started buying bigger and bigger "In the kitchen with soda, tryin to stretch out that coca...if ya feelin like a pimp, nigga go on an brush ya shouldas off..."
That song 99 Problems is all about him getting pulled over with a trunk full of coke, but narrowly escaping arrest because he knew his rights regarding search and seizure.
