oh man, I had this same problem last year when I went to Vienna. Fucking registar. They told me I had to come down to their office to resolve the problem and fill out the forms- that they refused to do it electronically. I was like "Man, there's kind of this ocean in the way..." lol
I'm sure it will work out hun. Even if they don't let you draw now, they'll probably let you switch housing later.
