It's fucking EVERYWHERE. Even in some (most?) whole wheat breads!

The big three changes that've helped me are to drop HFCS, trans/hydrogenated fats, and... uh... something else that I don't remember but I can still feel self-righteous about. :P

I'm not a big soup eater, so I don't know which brands lack HFCS, but I wish you all luck on your search. Godspeed. *nod*

dude, really? i adore tomato soup. and the target brand is only 52 cents per can! i bought SIX on my last trip! (i love it with oyster crackers & a litle bit of shredded cheese!) this isn't fair! have you read "the omnivore's dilemma"? because i started reading that (never actually finished it, mind you) and in the beginning it talks about how corn is in *everything.* even meat contains a lot of corn because that's what they feed the animals, so it gets worked into their body mass or whatever. anyhoo, i gotta go get ready for work. (booooooooo!!!) talk to you later. OH!! mailed your cds yesterday! :D
