Fascinating idea, and I love how you're fleshing Arthur out. And I'm assuming that Ariadne was his previous master? ;)

No :P I'm a bit big on spoilers, so I'll just say I tried to weave this into canon as far as possible - it only diverges near the end. So no, he hasn't even met Ariadne yet ;)

Hm, all I can say right now is that it's interesting to see how a demon (or at least Arthur) seems to react when doing all that dream stuff. It seems plausible here.

I'm glad it seems plausible. I was working on developing that aspect for quite a bit.
