so after not being able to keep anything down for 4 days, i went into the drs. turns out my ketone levels were really high, so i spent 5 hrs today at baystate getting iv fluids and an awesome drug that made me not puke anymore. i was really dehydrated. im ok now, the only things is the meds for the vomiting made me VERY sleeeeeepyyy. i probably
