i turn 29. I have already had one meltdown today. I am off today and tomorrow. i made plans with my best friend and I thought we would be hanging out all day long, since my birthday is 24 hours but he may have to work. Its understandable. i totally know how you feel, except i cannot recount what i did on all my birthdays. that's probably a good thing. all's i can say is i know i cried on each birthday because, somehow, i use that day as an excuse to feel sorry for myself because people don't really give a shit.

growing up, birthdays used to be a big deal. as i got older i got very frustrated by the fact that it wasn't all about me.
