whatever role you played as a kid, the way you saw people at that time interact, men and women's roles, the roles of children, etc and everything... it all, sadly and actually, ties back to your family.

Word. Of the friends I have whose family situations I know of, a lot of their quirks/issues/problems I can trace back to what they have told me of their family life. It usually makes for interesting people, but I've also seen what migraines they can lead to. =_=;
