~ Damnit, James Marsters is joining Caprica.  No matter how much I love Battlestar Galactica, Caprica just didn't really do it for me, but now that James Marsters is apparantly getting a 'sizeable arc', I can't not watch this! James Marsters was my very first TV crush. Oh Spike.

I have to admit that I got into Torchwood, because I knew James ( Read more... )

Not a big Spike fan, but I like the actor. I'm pretty excited about Caprica, I'm also excited about The Plan.

Love your icon!

Well, after seeing the Caprica pilot, I wasn't really 'wowed' or anything, I mean it's interesting to see how the Cylons were created, but I thought the Zoey girl was kind of annoying and I'm not really sure about the other characters either, but I'm going to give this show a shot, because I miss BSG and need something to replace that by. And James Marsters ofcourse :)

And I did not know about The Plan!! I'm such a bad fan, but I definitely want to see that now! Can't wait, thank you for pointing it out! :D

LOL! You're so right about the Doctor's hand! I really think they should've explained that.

I know right! It's weird that the Doctors hand was just there in the hub, without any explanation, not even in Utopia. Even the Doctor didn't ask. I guess they couldn't make up a good story of how Jack found his hand, just like they couldn't quite make the conversation between Jack and Rose work about what exactly happened after Jack got left behind and was resurrected and then just decided not to mention it.

When I first watched it, one of my friends suggested that Jack was just on the lookout for anything weird, and that's how he got it. But STILL. It was odd.

And, yeah, I was really disappointed that we didn't get that Jack/Rose conversation. I guess it wasn't needed since the audience already knew what happened, but it could've been a nice moment.
