But I am wondering...
You used copics, no? do they wear/wash off when you use those shoes? I have a few copics on hand and I've been wanting to decorate my own shoes for a while, but I'm not sure what will/willnot wash off. I hear acrylic paints are good but I CANNOT PAINT FOR MY LIFE D:

Yeah, painting on shoes would be really hard. I actually have a spray-on seal that keeps the drawing from wearing off or fading. I'm pretty sure it also keeps it somewhat waterproof, but to be sure, I'd avoid getting the shoes wet. You can find this stuff in any art/hobby store. I use Prismamarker Fixative

If I only can pick one, which would you suggest getting? The prismamarkers or the polycolor pencils?

Hmmm...prismas might be more expensive, but I would probably suggest them over the pencils, just because they're easier to work with smaller details on shoes. ^^
