I'm sorry work has been so tough on you lately, and life in general. I've worked customer service so, so much and I know what you mean about that feeling of just... inadequacy? It's really crap. And yeah, when it's your coworkers and/or boss it's ten times worse.

I'm glad you understand, fellow customer server! lol This job really is crap sometimes, but if it wasn't for the people that I work with (cause most of them are awesome), I wouldn't be there. So yes, that's pretty much why it's ten times worse when you disapoint them. :P
