As I sit here thinking about where I was 4 years ago, I draw a blank. High school seems like it was so long ago that it was more of a dream than an experience.

In 4 years, will I think back on my UMass years the same way?

I hate this emotional roller coaster I have about graduating.

Well, I'm four years out from graduating college (holy CRAP, I'm old), and I definitely think back on college differently than high school. I think part of that for me, though, is that in general I keep in touch with college friends better than high school friends, and Wesleyan sends me monthly alumni letters with news about who's married, who has kids, blah blah, so it's easier to keep up.

But I remember the emotional roller coaster thing like it was yesterday. College is such a strange experience, really, when you think about it compared to "real life". So I know how you feel. ♥

That's comforting to know. I am just looking at HUGE LIFE CHANGES right now and its like OMGEXCITING/SCARY/WTF. Like, Spring Break starts tomorrow... last Spring Break EVER/for the next 2-3 years until I get into a MA/PhD program.
