I have two other friends on my list who are special ed teachers. mizdandylynn and twinkejinx. They may be able to give you some tips or ideas. Lynn has been teaching special ed for a very long time. I think Twinkejinx has only been at it for about 3 or 4 years now though. Any how, I've been meaning to mention this to you for awhile. I figure, people you can commiserate with might be a happy thing.
