White Carrots

Hey, guys, I actually dug the white carrots before the ground turned completely to rock!

As some of you may remember, I had planted white carrots because they are period for us. Unfortunately, my resident bunnies decided carrot tops would be delicious, so I did not expect much for size.

Sweetness and sharpness of a carrot has to do with the soil like onions and garlic. Check your soil PH next spring and find some good old fashion goat, rabbit or sheep poo they have the best nitrogen... maybe rotate early spring beans and carrots

you can also plant carrots and beans together so long as you stake the beans well.
