so, fortunately, I'm only being sued for $6,000, and it was a $6,000 I knew about, past due credit card. Anway, as my landlady pointed out, I have not been properly served with papers, so I can wait until that time to be royally stressed. Dammit, I plan on having my SUMMER ( Read more... )

YESYESYESYES I LOVE the informal office environment, though I think I'd love yours more than mine, but that's beside the point. I love the fact that I could have been a half hour late to work and the worst that would have happened is my loss of $6.00. It's such a nice switch from chicago title where I was instantly immersed in shit as soon as I walked in the door in the morning.

At some point I'll have work that's engaging to me. Yesterday I couldn't stop fantasizing about being a magazine editor like my new fascination, David Remnick....sigh.....
