Insert.... and you become incontinent.... no control over how you mess your diapers.
I tried using a real anal catheter http://www.mediquip.co.uk sells them, but I found they were not all that comfortable. I have made a hollow butt plug from 2 1/2 inch stainless steel, and spent most of the christmas and new year uncontrollably messing my diapers
My first attempt at making one looks very much butt-plug shaped. Now that my sphincter is used to holding the hollow butt plug, I will make it shorter so that it is literally the end 2 inches of a butt plug (wide - narrow - wide part that the muscles actually hold)
The week was very entertaining - I'm havving to write the journal retrospectively since I don't have super net access at the moment.
