You know, if this kid's a Prefect, you should REALLY report it to your Head Teacher of your House! This Malfoy isn't helping ANYONE not break the rules, and I think it's not very Prefect-like to be strutting around making fun of people and calling them Mudbloods! I, being a Muggle-born myself, find this very offensive!
