Last night was a pain. Got myself into bed, put on the bipap, and immediately had my airway obstructed, so had to get up and use the cough assist. Had to change suction catheters in the middle of that procedure since my jaw clamped down on the device and squashed it, but i did manage to clear the airway and get back to bed. Got more sleep last night. Slept from abouy midnight to four a.m. then got up and took more hyoscyamine. Spilled some of it, but got enough down the tube, and went back to bed. Slept until 8:30 ( Read more... )

Yucky medical update . . .
I am having more difficulty with my airway being obstructed by globs of very gummy gunk. I can often clear it with the cough assist and suction.
