i've seen this picture before and i can never decide if i really like it or really hate it , i mean it is quite stunning but natural collarbones are so beautiful the way they are. have you ever seen sterum mods , they are like reverse spines i love them.

No, I haven't seen them - but they sound intresting.
I don't like collarbone implants as much as natural collarbones. I find real collarbones much more beautiful. However, I do think there's artistic merit in collarbone modification.
